What Berrry Is

Berrry turns social media posts into web applications using AI. You give us a post or idea, we generate a working app.

Using the Service

Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• One account per person (no shared accounts)

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Create apps that violate others' rights
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
• Use bots or automation without permission
• Reverse engineer or scrape the platform

Content & Ownership

Your Content

You own what you create. We don't claim ownership of your apps or prompts.

License to Us

By using Berrry, you grant us a license to:

• Host and serve your apps
• Display public/unlisted apps in our gallery
• Display prompts and generated code for public/unlisted apps
• Use public apps, prompts, and code in marketing, documentation, and examples
• Process your prompts through AI providers

Private apps remain private. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Generated Code

AI-generated code is provided as-is. You're responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately.

Service Limitations

No Guarantees

• Apps may not work perfectly
• AI can make mistakes
• Service may have downtime
• We may change features anytime

Rate Limits

Free and paid tiers have usage limits. Exceeding limits may result in temporary restrictions.

Payments & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are handled through Gumroad:

• Billed monthly or as specified
• Cancel anytime through Gumroad
• No refunds for partial months
• We may change pricing with notice

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Abuse the service
• Create harmful content
• Engage in fraudulent activity

You can delete your account anytime.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't guarantee that:

• Apps will be error-free
• Service will be uninterrupted
• AI output will be accurate or appropriate

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berrry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Major changes will be announced.
