Spicy Leaderboard

@unknown: Have you ever dreamt of knowing who in your friend group was getting laid the most? Yeah… me neither. Until last week. We were at our monthly dinner with my girlfriends, all founders, half crazy, half depressed, and totally competitive. In those dinners we basically only talk about 2 things: our companies and our sex lives. Or rather… the tragic absence of them. Always the same excuses: “I’m too stressed.” “I’m too tired.” “I have too much shit going on at work, my brain won’t unplug”. So obviously, my genius brain thought: what if we just… gamified it? Like a leaderboard of who’s actually getting laid 🍆. Because let’s be honest, nothing is more motivating than peer pressure. Also, I had been dying to vibe code my first app, so perfect excuse unlocked. Here we go: Lovable, Cursor, Supabase, Vercel to build the very first Social Sex Tracker (category defining, bitcheeeeees). Best part of the app: the spicy little comment we add for each 🍆 (girls will know exactly what I mean). My 3 conclusions: 1. I tried to make the 🍆 logging non-declarative by syncing my Whoop and auto-detecting activity. Spoiler: apparently sex doesn’t really count as cardio for women… Whoop said: “Congrats on your meditation session”… just kidding (HUGO IF YOU READ THIS POST IM KIDDING I PROMISE). 2. Anyone who says “vibe coding an app takes 15 minutes” is a f******* liar. The first 90% takes 15min. The last 10% = 3 days of screaming at notifications bugs until I begged my tech lead losing all my credibility “would you have 15min to fix my sex app?” lol. 3. As a non-technical but quite creative person, vibe coding dumb ideas into existence and watching them change behavior in your closest circle makes you feel a bit like God. Fortunately I was not an engineer the past 15 years, my ego would be insufferable. Next app to build: The Couple Criticism Tracker. Same leaderboard concept, but you log every time the other person makes a criticism 😠. Because apparently “I” criticize too much. But so does he. So let’s find out who wins!
