Berrry Scroll

@unknown: Start your next project with a giant scroll of paper I learned this from my friend Rob Kalin, founder of Etsy. When he starts a project, he gets out a giant piece of butcher paper — like three feet by sixty feet. When you start the project, you put your first ideas down in the top-left corner. As you keep working, the scroll becomes an organic timeline of your thinking. I started a scroll for Metalabel back in November 2021 and finished it this February. Three-plus years of ideas, from Metalabel to A-Corps, on paper as they happened. Scroll #2 is already almost done.
